And I tell you that you are Peter, and on this rock I will build My church, and the gates of Hades will not overcome it.”
Matthew 16:18 (NIV)
Having a hard time?
It’s tough being a small congregation: big buildings, small offerings, overwhelming needs and anxious members.
We are members of small congregations, too, in the city or suburbs or countryside:  small groups of dedicated people making their way through incredibly challenging times together.
Our hope and mission with this “Hope Talks: Inspiration for Small Congregations” blog is to restore your hope and vision for who God is and what God can do. We want to encourage you not to give up, but to give it all up to God.  We want to help you to think differently about your situation, to pay attention to what God is already doing in and through and around you, and to join in.
We hope you are encouraged and inspired by these posts from Christians in similar circumstances all around the Eastern Pennsylvania Annual Conference who are doing great things with God.
Plan to join us for the live-streamed HOPE! Talks: Inspiration for Small Congregations on October 21, 2017.  Click here for information!
