God is worthy.

We were born to worship God.

We all worship something, even if it’s another person or a way of thinking.  Worship isn’t a particular form or song or liturgy – it’s a state of heart.

We choose to worship the One who made us, who loves us, who died for us, who lives for us, who hears us and calls us His own. Worship is all about focusing on the Lord and trusting Him with everything else. It’s putting everything under His feet and loving Him with our hearts, our voices, our bodies, our minds, and our lives.

We gather together to meet the Lord in worship with song, prayer, the Word of God, the Sacraments of Holy Communion and Baptism, and one another. We celebrate our life together with God, sharpen one another in love, and encourage each other to believe God in faith, hope, and love everyday.

2018 Lenten Worship Schedule

Sunday Mornings

We try very hard to listen to the Spirit’s leading in Worship.  We want our Worship to be accessible to members and visitors alike while being open to the Spirit.  Worship is a living expression of our love for God so it will adapt as we listen to the heart of God.  God is our only audience.

aslsignloveModified ASL – We offer modified ASL interpretation with a gifted interpreter every Sunday during 10:30 am  Worship for our Deaf friends and members from our local Deaf Group Homes.  We have modified our sanctuary to better accommodate worship for the Deaf with ASL worship videos and bass thumpers on a section of pews. Our congregation is actively learning ASL. Please call the church office for the schedule or to speak to the Pastor about this new ministry.  Deaf Ministries Link

Edgehill Nursing & Rehab Center Worship

Every 2nd Sunday of the month at 2:00 pm, we provide worship for the good people of Edgehill Nursing & Rehabilitation Center at 146 Edgehill Road in Glenside.
We send teams of six or more people for a simple worship service, but 8 or more is better! This is a terrific opportunity to connect, love, and bless others. If you are interested in praying, bringing the message, playing their piano (or your own instrument), or singing, let Pastor Cindy know.
