God is worthy.
We all worship something, even if it’s another person or a way of thinking. Worship isn’t a particular form or song or liturgy – it’s a state of the heart.
We were born to worship God, but we have to choose to worship the One who made us, who loves us, who died for us, who lives for us, who hears us and calls us His own. Worship is all about focusing on the Lord and trusting Him with everything else. It’s putting everything under His feet and loving Him with our hearts, our voices, our bodies, our minds, and our lives.
We gather together to meet the Lord in worship with song, prayer, the Word of God, the Sacraments of Holy Communion and Baptism, and one another. We celebrate our life together with God, sharpen one another in love, and encourage each other to believe God in faith, hope, and love every day.
We try very hard to listen to the Spirit’s leading in Worship. We want our Worship to be accessible to members and visitors alike while being open to the Spirit. Worship is a living expression of our love for God so it will adapt as we listen to the heart of God. God is our only audience.
10:30 am Worship
In our beautiful Sanctuary in English & Modified ASL with a live band, diverse worship music, communion, prayer, testimonies, healing, and a timely message from God’s Word.
Communion & Prayer
Communion is offered every Sunday morning. The table is open to everyone who hungers for God and Jesus Christ. The elements are non-alcoholic. Prayer for any need is available every Sunday and throughout the week. We actively believe in the power of God to heal, restore, save and deliver.
Children & Worship
We strongly believe that families worship together, and we welcome the sound and enthusiasm of children of all ages into our worship. We encourage parents to teach their children to worship the Lord freely, in Spirit and truth, through their witness and example. Jesus said, “Let the little children come to Me and do not forbid them; for of such is the kingdom of God.” Mark 10:14 ♥
We offer modified ASL interpretation with a gifted interpreter every Sunday during 10:30 am Worship for our Deaf friends and members from our local Deaf group homes. We have upgraded our sanctuary to better accommodate worship for the Deaf with ASL worship videos and bass thumpers on the front section of pews. Our congregation is actively learning ASL. Please call the church office to speak to the Pastor about this expanding ministry. Deaf Ministries Link
Edgehill Nursing & Rehab Center Worship
Every 2nd Sunday of the month at 2:00 pm, we provide teams of people to lead worship for the good people of Edgehill Nursing & Rehabilitation Center at 146 Edgehill Road in Glenside. This is a terrific opportunity to connect, love, and bless others. If you are interested in praying, bringing the message, playing their piano (or your own instrument), or singing, let Pastor Cindy know.
We would be happy to discuss any questions you may have. Contact us!
